The Challenge

What needed to be solved

SmartParcel was addressing persistent last-mile logistics problems including failed deliveries, poor addressing, repeated rider calls, security concerns and the cost of return trips. The product combined physical smart lockers with software, payments, notifications and delivery workflows, so the brand needed to make a relatively new logistics model easy to understand and trust.

The Approach

How Maxmark shaped the work

Maxmark helped shape the proposition around secure, simplified logistics and translated the technology into a coherent customer-facing brand. The work connected identity development with website structure, digital product experience and marketing communications so that consumers, businesses, location partners and logistics providers could understand how the SmartParcel ecosystem works and why it is valuable.
